Official Infinite Fleet Beta Release Date Announced!

Commanders, thank you for your support during the alpha testing phase of Infinite Fleet.

We are proud to announce that the closed beta will go live on July 28th!

Our plan to release in Q2 has been delayed by a month due to the conflict in Ukraine. However, we are excited to reveal that we are back on track to get this epic MMO strategy game into your hands.

What to Expect

On July 28th, you’ll have a revamped visual experience. Many players commented on how great the Alpha looked. With all-new models, VFX, SFX, and lighting, Infinite Fleet will look even better!

You’ll have more areas to explore, missions to complete, and a variety of new Atrox ships to engage. We’ll be making regular improvements to the Atrox to keep you on your toes.

The first release is the core of Infinite Fleet. It’s the structure from which we build new features and regular updates. Infinite Fleet will evolve from this point for years to come - and we are very excited for you to be a part of it!

Ending the Alpha

The end of an era is nigh!

We announced in our blog that we would be migrating from ECS for the Beta launch.

We’ve been maintaining the ECS Alpha build for the past year, alongside the Beta development. To ensure a smooth launch, we will permanently shut down the Alpha build from May 31st.

Our developers will be laser-focused on Beta and deliver it on time and to a high-quality standard.

This does mean that Alpha players have a window of opportunity to level up their ships before this ‘great reset’ (not to be confused with the WEFs). We will shortly announce the $INF distribution, but hard-working players will be well-rewarded.

The Future of Infinite Fleet

Our team is committing to 2-month regular release cycles with significant content drops at each release.

We will wipe the resources and upgrade data in the Alpha build, but that will not be the case for the Beta. While the initial experience will still be somewhat narrow in scope, we will continue to iterate upon the game while constantly taking on feedback from the community.

Our detailed roadmap is coming soon, so watch this space!

How do I Play?

We will immediately accept Commanders during the closed Beta stage after purchasing a Centurion-class ship on the Infinite Fleet store. As we continue to iterate, we’ll stress-test the build to ensure that it is stable and secure by inviting more and more Commanders through an invite system.

Thank you for your continued support, Commanders. We hope you are as excited as we are for the Beta release!
